  • Bronson becomes involved with a couple of young Amish who are questioning their faith

    An unquestionable classin in the series, as Bronson becomes the catalyst for two young Amish to question their faith, their lifestyles and their futures. Bronson becomes the lvoe object for a young woman, her way out of an inescapable fate, and Bronson's bike becomes the literal and figurative means of escape for a young man. Again here Bronson's morality plays a key role, as he rejects the advances of a remarkably beautiful and willing young woman, while the young man, thanks to Bronson's bike, is able to go to nearby Renao and have his first -and last- outsdie romantic adventure. All the characters are treated with fairness, including the Amish parents, who insist on leaving the young 'uns free to make their choices. And bronson's fundamental religiosity is becoming increasingly clear: as the Amish settle down for dinner, Bronson subtly crosses himself. perhaps we should start looking st him as Parsifal...
