Bobby: Look me in the eye and tell me you don't love me.
Kim: As a friend. I love you as my best friend, Bobby.
Bobby: So what? You go back to dating guys who don't give a damn about you except for the friction you give them?

(to Roberto)

Bosco: You take one more step I'll shoot you myself.

Bosco: I call a spade a spade.
Yokas: Yeah that's your problem.

(to Doc about the fact that Doc won't check out other women now that he's with Morales)

Carlos: God, you would drive monks crazy.

(Bosco slams a prisoner's face into the cell door)

Prisoner: Did you see what this guy did to me?

Cop: Sorry. I must've been accidentally looking the other way.

Prisoner: She's cheating on me. Why are you putting me away?
Yokas: I don't know, beat a woman, go to jail. The law's funny that way.

Doc: You're more likely to see a Gay in a boss's chair than a Black.
Carlos: Sure, as long as the chair's in the closet.

(Kim tells Jimmy that she slept with Bobby)

Jimmy: Bobby? Your partner?

Kim: Yeah, why do you keep saying that? I need help.

Jimmy: You got that right.

(when they are accused of not doing enough to find the shooter)

Bosco: You don't see all these uniforms? You think we're here because we thought there might be some punch left?

(to Davis)

Malcolm: Can't you just take a deep breath without causing me grief?

Yokas: There are no victims, only volunteers.

Yokas: Now I got to figure out a way to tell my kids that their mother had to arrest their father.

Vangie: Are you an angel?
Carlos: No.
Vangie: Oh, God, that means I'm in hell.
Carlos: No, you're not in hell. You're in New York.

Bosco: What are you doing? The stop was empty, nobody got hurt.
Yokas: You know what he was supposed to be doing? You know where he was heading right now? To pick up our kids from after school.

(to Fred)

Yokas: I'm surprised you could even find the car, let alone get the key in the ignition. You're under arrest.

(to Yokas)

Bosco: You want to bust your husband, do it yourself.

(about Morales)

Carlos: The woman gives me enough wood to build a boat.

Doc: What?

Carlos: A really nice boat.

(about Morales)

Doc: 'Cause I think you should know, we're having physical relations.

Carlos: "Physical relations"? What, you, uh, arm wrestle with her?

Doc: We had sex.

Carlos: I should hope so.

(to Davis)

Sully: Do me a favor. Hurry up and get tired and jaded, will you? 'Cause this wide-eyed crap is killing me.

Tisha: Listen to the white dude, I didn't do nothing.
Sully: Yeah, listen to the white dude.

Morales: Are people watching?
Doc: Yeah.
Morales: So I guess we probably shouldn't kiss right now, huh?
Doc: No.
Morales: But you know I want to kiss you, right?
Doc: Yeah?
Morales: And I'm hoping not as badly as you want to kiss me.
Doc: No.
Morales: Um, okay, it was nice talking to you and I'll see you on your next run.

(to the girls who stole the car)

Sully: There's no need to argue. There's just enough broken laws to go around.

Davis: God really does answer prayers.
Sully: Yeah, I was just thinking, wouldn't it be great if two girls young enough to be my daughters had car trouble.

(about who could be responsible for the shootings)

Bosco: It could just be a jealous lover with bad aim.

Yokas: You don't like my ideas, so why are you asking me for help?
Bosco: I do like your ideas. I'd just like them more if they were a little better.

Kim: Ten minutes?
Bobby: Ten.
Kim: That's eight minutes more than most men.

Bobby: I've been in love with you for as long as I can remember.
Kim: Bobby…
Bobby: Too fast?

(after Kim and Bobby sleep together)

Bobby: Happiest day of my life.

Kim: After one night? I'm not that good.

Bosco: Nicole's not the romantic type. She's more the 'Hey, take off your pants!' type.
Yokas: It's a match made in heaven.

Yokas: I don't understand you. You stand there and you act so decent, and then all day long I gotta drive around with you and listen to you spew that crap about people.
Bosco: What am I supposed to do, huh? Pretend I like guys getting it on with guys?
Yokas: That's today, Bosco. Yesterday, you have a problem with blacks. Tomorrow, it's Hispanics. Thursday, you hate Asians. I'm just sick of you being a bigot.
Bosco: You know what? Maybe Father O'Rourke can love everybody. I can't. I don't even want to try. I don't want any b-boys hanging out drinking 40s on my stoop in the middle of the day because welfare says they can. And I don't want to sit up all night listening to Julio screaming up the street after his girlfriend just to show how tough he is. I hate it. Same as I don't want to listen to some drunk-ass mick singing his way home past my window. I gotta listen to people I hate. But you tell me one time, one time, when I was in my uniform I didn't do everything I could to help the brothers or the esses or some trash faced paddy when he needed it.
