  • Good acting, great plot, and awesome conclusion!

When I first saw this episode I thought that Faith just screwed up royally. Since Yokas didn't recite the Miranda rights to the suspect which meant that the written confession was inadmissable knowing that when the detectives read her her rights and asks her to write a confession, that she would ask for her lawyer as Faith instructed. This would have meant that without a written confession, the lawyer can easily get a judge to bring the charge down to manslaughter or even an insanity plea instead of 1st or 2nd degree murder.

The writers of this show are absolute geniuses!!!
