  • Terri starts a little gossip about her happily married friends Bob and Carol; it snowballs and leaves everyone polarized in the end.

In this episode, Terri tells Jack and Janet that their friends Bob and Carol are breaking up and that their marriage is on the rocks; apparently one or the other of them is dating a waterskiier. After whispering this story to Jack and Janet at the neighborhood bar, Terri leaves them with the caveat that it's not good to gossip! So the dynamic duo decide to talk to their friends and try to get to the bottom of things. Jack talks to Bob at the bar about Carol cheating on him and Janet confronts Carol at home about cheating on Bob. **********SPOILERS************

Turns out the story about the jetskiier was all just a misunderstanding: Bob and Carol were towed ashore by a jetskiier who saved their vessel from breaking up on the rocks. Tune in for a classic episode!moreless

    • (Larry is at the bar giving his sales pitch to a beautiful girl)
