  • It Wasn't Bad

It couldn't top the pilot that started the show, but it was do get why they chose not to do the Jack,David found the idea of moving in with two girls weird and thought moving in with another would've been better until finding out that the guy was interested in him being more than just a was more strict than laid back, and Sam was just had potential and Zoey was entertaining which made me wonder why they couldn't have been guest stars in any of the Three's Company episodes in the series.moreless
  • parallel universe

    8.0
The first time I saw this I found it absolutely fascinating. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested in seeing how much the producer influences a TV show. I can see why they didn't feel that Valerie Curtin fit in with things, but the Samantha character I thought was rather good. At any rate, the girls were too horny for it to really work; watching this makes you see how Janet was required to get in there and break things up (like a little Mr. Roper whenever he wasn't around), otherwise there would be no conflict and tension. Still, a lot of the jokes and lines were good, as you would expect from Mr. Gelbart. I suppose the score I give it is as much for the all too rare glimpse it gives into a sort of parallel TV universe as for the show's intrinsic value.moreless
