Thriller Season 1 Episode 4

I've heard the early episodes of Thriller are not indicative of the later episodes, and I'm glad to know it.





This fourth episode starts with gunshots. A man has been shot in the back and an eight year old girl is holding the gun. Sounds promising, right?





Well, it is a promising setup for a story, but the presentation is just sort of blah and hum drum. Like all of the episodes so far (except the first one), an hour just feels like too much time for the stories they are telling, making them feel slow. Anything but the thriller promised in the title.
