Throb, a sitcom syndicated from 1986 to 1988 in the US, revolved around an over thirty divorcee Sandy Beatty who works at a small New Wave record label, Throb. Zach Armstrong is Beatty's boss who looks like Michael J. Fox but dresses more like Don Johnson. She also has a 12 year old son, Jeremy. The show was distributed by Proctor & Gamble productions.
