    • TRIVIA (4)

      • Goof: Showlow raises his hand when he uses his magic to levitate the cage holding the villagers he's kidnapped to force Thundarr's group to compete in the race. But in the next shot before they agree to help him, his arms are down and no magic is coming from him even though the cage is still levitated.

      • Goof: After Ariel is knocked off her horse by Chomm's wheel machine, Thundarr helps her onto his, placing her behind him. But in the next shot, as the vehicle pursues them, Ariel is seated in front of Thundarr.

      • Goof: In their first battle, Sholow defeats Thundarr and prevents him from getting his sunsword. When the wizard's drones are escorting him away with Ariel and Ookla, the hilt can briefly be seen in his wristpack before they escape and he eventually gets it back.

      • Goof: Ariel points out to Thundarr that the coins unaffected by the Helmet of Power were made of silver. However, modern day coins are made mostly from copper.

    • QUOTES (2)

      • Thundarr: Cowards! Your death machines don't frighten me.
        Ariel: Thundarr! (Ookla restrains her)
Sholow: There will be no battle for now. You three will race for me or...
Thundarr: Or? (Sholow uses his magic to levitate the cage the villagers are imprisoned, keeping it aloft as they scream) Demon dogs!
Sholow: Choose wisely Thundarr, or the villagers come crashing to the ground.
Thundarr: If we race, the villagers go free. (Ookla growls)
Sholow: Agreed. If you win the Helmet of Power.
Ariel: You made the right choice.
Thundarr: (Deactivates sunsword) There was no choice!
Sholow: Come, you must prepare. The race begins at dawn.

      • Ariel: C'mon Thundarr, we need transportation to catch up with the other teams. (Spots a vehicle) This ancient sand buggy was designed to travel country like this. (Ookla growls as he removes it from a rock structure)
Thundarr: It's been buried for ages. How can we make it work?
Ariel: Maybe my magic can start it. (Directs a magic burst onto it)
Thundarr: (Sits in the driver's seat) Come, Ookla. Let's see if this thing will move.
        Ariel: Hmmmm...Maybe I'd better drive.
Thundarr: No! (Drives off at a very fast speed as Ookla hangs on for dear life)
