Goof: When Ariel captures one of Korb's mutants with her magic, he has gray fur and is wearing a uniform tunic. But from the point when Ookla holds him as Thundarr battles the giant swamp worm, the mutant has brown fur and no tunic. After the battle and the group departs, the mutant is back to being gray-furred with the tunic again. Then, when they present him to the village to confess Artemus and Korb's conspiracy, the first shot of Ookla holding him with his back turned shows him gray-furred. But when he speaks, his fur is colored brown again.
Goof: When one of the villagers picks Korb up after Thundarr causes him to crash on the ground, his light green outfit becomes a darker shade of the color.
Goof: Just after the cave-in, one shot of Thundarr shows his brown boots colored gold like his wristpacks.
Goof: Thundarr's sunsword was confiscated after he was defeated by the robots early in the episode. But the hilt could be seen on his wristpack in the sequence he and Ookla battle to free themselves from Argoth's guards.
Goof: When Thundarr rescues two of the former slaves from sinking in the tarpit, the closeup shot shows one of them with a scarf when he had none before and the other a completely different man as he was first seen as dark-haired with a blue outfit, but then as bald and brown-haired with a beard and a beige outfit afterward.
Goof: After he defeats the giant Cyclops, when Thundarr approaches Ariel and Ookla, the latter's mane is briefly the same color as his fur before changing back to its normal lighter shade of tan.
Goof: Valerie Storm is first seen with a purse when she's abducted by Vashtarr. But it's missing when his robots are about to take her into the dungeon. But she indeed had it when she used a nail file to escape later.
Goof: Cinda's water tower was colored red on the top and blue on the bottom. But when Vashtarr toppled it with his skybarge, the colors are missing. Then, when the group cause the skybarge to crash, it seemed to wreck another water tower that wasn't seen before.
Goof: The sky was dark when the group arrived at the Canyon of Death. But somehow it quickly changed to a day sky when the group battled Vashtarr's robot warriors.
Goof: As the women prepare their disguises to sneak into Vashtarr's fortress, Maya and Cinda are first seen wearing gray-colored gowns. But in the next shot when Valerie models her new outfit, the others' gowns are colored blue and green with Maya having a lighter skin tone. But in the next shot, their gowns are colored gray again.
Goof: When the three women enter Vashtarr's throne room prior to battling the wizard, Maya is briefly pale-skinned and holding Cinda's staff.
Goof: Vashtarr lies on the floor powerless and defeated after his Gem of Glory is shattered to pieces with Thundarr's group standing over him. But in the last shot, when Ariel says the women may not be gone forever, they and the shattered gem are there, but not Vashtarr.
Goof: Gemini prevents Thundarr from utilizing his sunsword by encasing his entire forearm with a magic cast. But afterward, the cast is missing from the point Gemini levitates him toward the Hawkmen until he releases him to a Silicoid.
Goof: When Thundarr breaks Circe's body switch spell, Ariel's body returns to her spirit. However, one shot shows Circe's body phasing through Big Ben before it's really Ariel's body merging with her spirit.
Goof: When the group look at the swamp wondering whether or not Sarott has met his demise after falling into the water, Thundarr's outfit seems to be covering his entire back. But it usually has a V-split that should be showing some skin.
Goof: The jewel Ariel wears on her forehead is missing in a closeup shot when the group rides into the city to battle Sarott and free Gorn.
Goof: In one shot when one of Skullus' robots disappears when Ookla is handling it, his horse's tail is colored white instead of yellow like the rest of its body.
Goofs: Two of the desert people who have Ariel tied up and taking her to a death trap with Jeel are initially seen wearing gray-colored outfits. But in the next shot, the outfits are mostly shades of brown. Afterward, when Thundarr frees the women, they all climb back to the surface via old elevator cables. Six of the desert people climb after them, with two in gray-colored outfits. When Thundarr cuts the cables to stop their pursuit, four (all in brown-colored outfits) fall down. When they splash in the water, it's five of them who are all in brown-colored outfits.
Goof: When Shara and Merlek first engage in battle with Judag's Tiger mutants, two of them have their white-colored laser weapons pointed to Shara. In the closeup shot where she breaks them with her staff, the weapons are colored blue and pink.
Goofs: When Yeek picks up his companions after they first encounter Thudarr's group, he takes Shara with his right talon and Merlek with his left. But in the next shot, they've switched positions. Afterward, Thundarr's voice sounds very strained when he tells Ariel and Ookla to take wing when the younger group gets the head start on them.
