    • TRIVIA (2)

      • The train that was going to hit Penelope had a front coach that was blue and white like the rest of the train, but later changed to completely white with a red nose and with "Anderbad Express" painted on it.

      • During the gun fight in the monorail tunnel, everyone, including International Rescue members, all use the same type of gun. Also the guns appear to be the same blue guns used by IR (seen in The Uninvited" and "Attack of the Alligators"), but with out the red covering on the barrel.

    • QUOTES (2)

    • NOTES (6)

      • The Monobrake would later appear as one of International Rescue's fire rescue vehicles in "Security Hazard". It could also be seen in the parking bay on Tracy Island in "Cry Wolf".

      • The Monotrain also appears as the Pacific-Atlantic Monotrain in Brink of Disaster.

      • Scott does not play an active role in this episode. Also, it's the only time we see him piloting Thunderbird 1 in civilian clothing.

      • John, Kyrano and Grandma don't appear in this episode. Brains does not appear but is mentioned.

      • This episode features no on-screen episode caption but in 2000, Carlton added one on the video release.

      • Originally filmed as a 25-minute episode, some of the footage used to bring it up to 50 minutes included the Sun Probe launch at the beginning of the episode. As a result, the remainder of The Perils of Penelope takes place over the following week and Sun Probe takes place the week after.
