Thundercats Season 1 Episode 39

This is another episode that I thought wasn't going to be that great, but turned out to be really exciting.





The episode opens with the bargain between Monkian and Mumm-ra. I was wondering why Mumm-ra would want Monkian's help, but I'm assuming he did it because Monkian would be easily persuaded to accept the bargain without questioning the price.





Monkian actually turns out to be a formidable foe in this episode. He capture most of the Thundercats and succeeds in bringing Mumm-ra the Eye of Thundera. His battles with the Thundercats are exciting to watch.





An even greater battle, is the one among Lion-O, Monkian, and Mumm-ra at Mumm-ra's pyramid. It goes on for a pretty good while.





This episode is worth the watch.
