Funny, but cliched episode tonight. The idea of the leading man finding someone who sympathizes with him and understands him, only for that person to be a man has been done a dozen times, or maybe even a baker's dozen times. There was the man friend on That 70's, the man crush on Til Death and two bros having brunch on How I Met Your Mother, just to name a few.

It was a funny episode though. Martin Mull is hilarious whenever he appears on TV, and it would be great if he joined the cast of Til Death full-time.moreless
