Response to second goof:The tally marks might have been counting days.

In "Cabin Fever", if you count the tally marks on the wall of the satellite, you'll find out that the Time Squad was in the satellite for 79 weeks (that's a year and thirty days, and no, I'm not kidding), but 1) Larry says they haven't had a mission in weeks, which insinuates that they haven't been gone for that long, 2) It's highly unlikely that Larry, Otto, and Tuddrussel could have been gone for THAT long, and 3) When Larry plugs the computer in, the monitor says that they have 112 missions (but this can be excused since as of "Kubla Khan't", we learn that Larry, Otto, and Tuddrussel are not the only Time Squad).

In "Cabin Fever" when Otto, Larry, and Tuddrussel are playing Twister, some of the places on the Twister mat are not colored in (read: they don't have the green, yellow, blue or red circles where they're supposed to be). Also, the Twister mat was gray with grids on it, which is not true in real life (and it was a real Twister game BTW because the spinner in Otto's hand looked like the one from the actual game).

In "A Thrilla At Attila's", Tuddrussel's reference to Otto saying "Willikers" alludes to "Rocky and Bullwinkle's" Sherman and Mr. Peabody sketch (in which the character design for Otto was inspired and so was "Willikers").

"A Thrilla At Attila's" is a reference to a boxing match called "The Thrilla In Manila" between Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali.

The plot to "A Thrilla At Attila's" is based on a movie called "Rashomon" where a young samurai is murdered and four witnesses give a totally different account of what happened. The point of the movie was that no one's story could be trusted, and that the truth would never be known. (The difference between this and "A Thrilla at Attila's" is that there were three witnesses--i.e., the Time Squad--and the truth was known, only it wasn't used because Otto wasn't an official member of the Time Squad).
