this is a Final Fantasy-ThemedRPG Game where the Toons have to wipe out the New Enemy called Heartlesses. and save ACME Acres from the Mad Scientist Dr. Lawrencium.

I was thinking of a beat-em-up style game similar to Final Fight with Buster, Babs and Pluccky as the main characters.

Also, Tetris Attack is technically Panel De Pon in Japan or Puzzle League nowadays.

Another game idea would be a simple platformer that would parody video games, much like The Simpsons game.

A beat em up would fit the best imo. 4 player co-op would be included, of course, and choosing your own character (out of a large selection) with slightly different stats might make things more interesting.

Good idea. After playing Castle Crashers and Scott Pilgrim the Game, I can totally see Tiny Toons having a beat-em-up style game. It could even use some good old fashion cartoon violence.
