    • QUOTES (7)

      • Titus: Dad found a new way to screw with me. He said he was proud of me.
Erin: Well, it's about time he said that. You're great at what you do.
        Dave: He got to her.
        Titus: Dave, she likes me.
        Dave: Oh right, right.

      • (opening narration)
Titus: I've heard tell of an urban legend. On a crystal clear night somewhat like this one, a father pulled his son aside and spoke three mysterious words. "Good job, boy." (laughs) I know, I know. Like it could happen.

      • Titus: You got arrested for drunk driving, and it's my fault?
Ken: You built me a cop magnet! I might as well be a black guy driving a large powdered donut!

      • Titus: Okay, okay. Let's just say Dad is actually proud of me.
        Erin: Oh, good, honey.
Titus: Oh, hey, hey, hey, hey. Baby steps, okay. This is a "for instance" between two slices of "what if" with a huge side of "yeah, right."

      • Titus: In California, Eileen Franklin had her fifty-one year old father arrested because she thought she remembered he'd killed her best friend when they were eight. Maybe, in the dark recesses of my mind, my dad baked me fresh Toll House cookies and bought me a pony.

      • Titus: I don't trust goodness. In my family, goodness is just badness before it's had a drink.

      • 10-Year-Old Titus: Dad, I think I invented an engine that runs on water.
        Ken: Can you fly?
        10-Year-Old Titus: No.
Ken: Well, go up on the roof and work on that.

      • Titus: I cannot wait for episode 27! When the legend continues.
Titus says this after throwing the tape of Ken's failed sobriety test into the vault, In Episode 27, he takes out the tape again, to show Kat that Ken never stopped drinking.
