    Hooker and Romano investigate a shots fired call. They pursue a car fleeing from the scene but they lose them in the chase. Detective Cody is called in to investigate. He talks with his daughter about her brother graduating in another town and how important it is to him. She is then seen shooting up heroin when he leaves. Hooker believes the man shot and killed at the scene was an execution style killing. They also find balloons with heroin inside. Another man that was shot was taken to the hospital and Stacey tries to get a name from him. He gives her a phone number. Jim calls the number and does not get much information from his wife. Hooker and Cody find out his daughters car was involved. They also find a balloon in her room. Hooker pushes captain Sheridan to let him and cody stay on the case for awhile. Hooker and Cody find out where the two killers live and they wait for them to come home. After a chase they arrest them both. Hooker and Cody talk to one of the guys. He finds out that he is the father of one of his junkies. He rubs it in his face and Cody start attacking him. Hooker holds him back. He sees his daughter with a sleazy lawyer. He is also representing the Powell brohers who are the head the drug ring. They get her on their side again. She is addicted to heroin and Cody is not happy about it. They figure that the Powell brothers were setting up a hit on Cody's daughter Lisa and the man that was shot and lived named Webster. Cody starts to realize he did not pay enough attention to Lisa. Lisa helps them with a photo of another man involved named Titus. They round him up after a chase. Jim Brown is good here and gets to play the good guy.moreless
