Hooker snd Ramano see some fresh grafiti on the wall of a department store. They go inside to investigate and find a dead guard. They go to call for backup and their car is stolen by the two guys that did the grafiti. They decide to investigate the other floors. They hear a shot as they go up the stairs. they get to the top floor and sneak in. Ramano sees a guy ready to shoot and tackles Hooker to save him. He gets hit in the leg. Corrigan and Stacey start to look for them after they call them and they don't answer. Hooker gets to a phone and the bad guy shoots the phone box and it disconnects. Corrigan and Stacey see the department store and the grafiti. They get a call that a police car was seen with two civilians in it. They go to a park to find it. Hoooker sets up a gun on a string to fire. He has Romano pull the string and he rushes the head guy and he is at a standoff with the robber in the elevator. Ramano faints and the guys capture him. Corrigan and Stacey find Hooker's car in the park with the same grafiti and color as the department store. they head over to the store. The two other crooks decide to cut the elevator door open. The guys leave to get some tools. They are met and captured by the police. They find Ramano and he tells them Hooker has an empty gun. Hooker makes believe they are pumping nerve gas into the elevator. He offers his gun and knocks away the crroks gun. He tells him it's over as the crook holds Hooker's gun. Hooker picks up the crooks gun and the crooks realizes the gun is empty as he pulls the trigger. Great episode. Very intense and believable. Wow!moreless

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • When Jim and Stacy are waiting outside the coffee shop where they're supposed to be meeting Hooker and Romano, it is 1:00 AM and pitch black, yet on the shot of the actual shop, there is quite clearly light in the sky.

    • nitpick: Another Four Adam 30 black and white is trashed and the duo are nowehere in site. Graffiti vandals have stolen it and sprayed it red.

  • NOTES (3)

    • German episode title: "Ausgeliefert", meaning "Delivered"

    • The actor who plays the store guard is uncredited.

    • With the real-time format, this episode resembles the classic Starsky and Hutch first season episode "Shootout," also set in real time, about a siege in the confines of a restaurant, with Starsky being injured by a gunshot from the bad guys. That story was later remade as a fifth season episode of The A-Team "Without Reservations" with Face taking the place of Hutch.
