Ramano takes Hooker out on the town in his new Porche. They go into a dance club. They start to dance with two women. Ramano's car is stolen from the parking lot. Ramano and Hooker see it being stolen and a man is hit by the car. He is named Victor, a gypsy king. His niece Toni is also at the scene. Stacey tries to get the girl to talk, but she won't. Hooker also tries to track down the two women they were dancing with. They had disappeared after the theft. Turns out the car stealers owe Victor money. They go to rob him so they can pay him with his own money. Toni runs away as Victor pulls a gun. Victor is shot and killed during the robbery. One of the crooks is worried about a gypsy curse. Hooker comes by to talk with Toni. She has gone out to sell her perfume. She tells the two women that were dancing with Hooker & Romano that she wants to talk to Rafe. She says it is gypsy business. Just then Hooker & Ramano get a call on the sighting of Romano's Porche. They chase it up to the hills and Romano is very worried about his car in the chase. The car ends up flying off the cliff and exploding. A man names Arturo was driving the car. He was connected to the two women that left Hooker & Romano at the dance club. They pick up the two women and Hooker takes Toni to the station. The women give Hooker the name Rafe. Toni talks to Diana who is taking care of her. She is taken hostage and Toni takes a gun fron a cop and goes to kill Rafe. Hooker finds out the cops gun is stolen and they go after her. They find that she took the bus to the church. Rafe and Diana are there to meet her. Hooker intercepts them by Victor's grave. They get his gun tackle him to the ground. Toni holds a gun on him until he asks forgiveness from Vicotr. He does and she give Hooker the gun. It was an empty gun. Fine acting by Tori Spelling in another classic episode. I like her better as a child actor, she very good.
