A great start to the episode has Stacey working out in her apartment. She is wearing a green & white leotard. Her whole body looks wonderful as she is reaching up to the ceiling with her arms. This is Heather's second finest scene of the series next to her outfit she wore in Carnal Express. She also shows her cute little butt when she is finished working out. Now back to the story. Hooker and Romano respond to a grocery store robbery. They are backed up by Gina Canelli and Bill Briggs. Romano is warned by Gina when she sees the robber ready to shoot him. Bill freezes and Romano is shot. Then Bill is shot. Romano thinks because Gina called out and did not fire that she froze. Stacey, Hooker & Corrigan are not sure. Hooker does a little digging and decides to defend Gina. Romano is ticked off at Hooker. Hooker calms him down by talking things over with him. Meanwhile, Hooker and Romano look for the man who robbed the store who they have identified as Frank Abbott. They trace the explosives used to Richard Garcia. He says he sold them to a guy who worked for him and left the next day. Also they try to find a link to the man they caught at the robbery, a man named Max Procter. Later that day, the review board hears the case of Gina. Hooker stalls and gets to make his case after the weekend. Corrigan digs up some info about the robbery. They find out that Max Procter worked with a man named Mickey Doud on a job. He was a cell mate of Frank Abbott. Hooker askes Jim about Bill Briggs past. He says he was in a big shootout years ago that shook him up. Later they find out where Doud works. They go to the arcade where he works and find primer cord for explosives. They find some missing and he tells them Frank Abbott is going to hit another market. They get to the market and Abbott spots them and takes off in his car. They run him down as he crashes thru a window. He is arrested. The next Monday Hooker continues the case. After he cross examines Romano and Briggs, Gina is found innocent. Romano realizes he was wrong. A very good episode with all actors doing solid jobs. The hightlight comes in the first scene when we see the beautiful Heather Locklear in a tight leotard doing aerobics. She is one fine lady and I cold watch that scene over and over again. Come to think of it, I have.moreless
