When TMZ did the story on Julias' Tramp Stamp they referenced a sorority and showed a quick clip of 5 girls. My husband says that the girl in the middle is a young Mikaela Hoover (Sororities Forever - WB); 17 yrs. old w/o make-up. It does look like her, but I don't think so. Please! Help me prove him wrong. The clip can still be seen on the TMZ site listed as "Julias' Tramp Stamp" or you can Google it. We have a serious bet. If you can identify the movie or just the clip it is from that would help. Thanks!
