  • Sting vs. Abyss in a Last Rites Match and Christian Cage vs. Samoa Joe for the NWA Title.

A great TNA PPV, way better than last month.

Again, I saw most of the matches on the internet...with exception of Austin Starr vs. Senshi and Jerry Lynn vs. Chris Sabin.

    TEAM 3D vs. LAX--Ghetto Brawl

Great match. 3D and LAX is one of the most violent rivalries in years. It amazes me that Team 3D (or the Dudley Boyz, whatever you prefer) have maintained there status as one of the top teams in the business for over 10 years. LAX pulls out another win here, with the interference of 5 members of the Latino Nation and Alex Shelley.

    Kurt Angle vs. Scott Steiner

This match had a medium pace and was very technically based, as would be expected from these two guys. Angle pulls out the victory with a clever move. He reversed an attempt at a top rope belly to belly superplex into a sunset flip for the pin.

    Rhino vs. A.J. Styles--Elevation X

I expected a lot mre from this match. I think the concept is great but should have been used for the Styles/Daniels fued of 2005. Rhino, because of his size, is not well suited for this match. And the "death-defying fall" was less than death-defying. Rhino gets the W.

    Sting vs. Abyss--Last Rites Match

There was more violence in this match than you might expect out of Sting. It was a good match, a little short, but good. For all intents and purposes, this was a casket match with way better production values. Sting gets the win.

Cgristian Cage vs. Samoa Joe--NWA Title Match

This was a way better match than I expected. Christian really held his own with the amazing Samoa Joe. The match's pace was not too quick or too slow. There were some great spots and technical wrestling. Christian got the win, by cheating of course.moreless
