Powell's POV: Shark Boy hadn't been getting much television time, but he has worked the house shows as an unmasked referee. Thanks to Steve Wilton for passing along the story.

-- Jay Lethal's release from TNA Wrestling last week surprised a lot of people within the organization because he performed well when given prominence, not to mention that Eric Bischoff considered him a future star.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter editor Dave Meltzer speculates that TNA released Lethal in response to some X Division wrestlers complaining heavily at Lockdown about nothing being done with them when it was heavily discussed a few months ago that they would be spotlighted.

    Foley is done.

    :
It can now be confirmed that TNA Star Mick Foley will be finishing with TNA Wrestling despite his contract not ending until September. On twitter Mick Foley alluded to the whole situation and said: "I pushed hard for changes I felt would benefit Impact Wrestling" those changes are not known to us but it is likely Foley expressed his true opinions of the current product and offered ideas on how to revamp it. He went on to tweet: "I can understand how some would interpret that as difficult to work with."
Why are changes for the GOOD so hard for this company?

And there are TNA rosters cuts on the horizon. Watch it be non FOH.

What's your issue with Dreamer? He doesn't need to be on TV, but before he was let go by the WWE, the rumor was that he had ideas and would have been a great agent (producer in their world). I just figured if someone has an idea to IMPROVE something, one would listen to it.

 Great, another good one gone while the horrible ones stay on the roster. That's just great TNA. But was it stupidity from the office or Wolfe's injury/sickness that got him released?

Well, at least we have Sangiro!.....Oh wait.

Too bad. I liked Red and I was looking forward to a future "Red Brothers" tag team with Amazing Red and Crimson.

I like that idea for Crimson and Red as a team. Eventually after like a year, Crimson will get tired of saving his brother and just beat him up, turn heel and move on to the next level.

According to Gerweck.net (which isn't always right or wrong) and PWinsider, that Anthony Nese, now known as Tony Nese, has been signed.
