        In the elimination challenge the pastry chefs are divided into two teams of three. Each team has to present a chocolate showpiece and each of the contestants has to serve a chocolate dessert.

        Carlos - "The Pepe" Caramelized Crémeux, Milk Chocolate Mousse, Peanut Butter Mousse, and Caramelized Banana
