Bonbon - Coffee Infused Ganache, Caramel in shape of a coffee bean
Bread - Brioche with Bacon Maple Butter
Entremet - Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Crémeux, Raspberry Jam
Plated Dessert - Almond Cake, Banana Caramel, Banana Ice Cream, Mango Sauce
