Who would you rather have dinner with?
A. Gael Greene 30%
B. James Oseland 21%

Jay: (critiquing Jerry's dish) ...I wouldn't kick this pasta out of bed.
Kelly: I'd invite it back to bed!
Susan Feniger: (as they prep) I feel like I'm behind, but maybe that's paranoia.
Tony Mantuano: Paranoia will destroy ya!
Jimmy Bradley: (laughing, but despairing as he shops for the Quickfire) We should feed them ****ing catfood tartare.
Tony Mantuano: Think of me as the Ferrari of Italian food.
According to Jay, the strangest thing about starting another season of Top Chef Masters was that, while the sets were exactly the same as in season one, the location of those sets was in a completely different building in the Los Angeles downtown. The former location had a slight downside- it was also used as a studio for adult movies, so there were occasions when the TCM crew were forced to take a break in filming because their neighbors got too loud!
Unlike the first season, the stars awarded in the Quickfire round are not carried over and added to the chef's final tally.
Jimmy: (when asked how he liked working with Govind) Ebony and ivory.
"Ebony and Ivory" was a hit duet in the '80s by two masters of the music world, Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder. The phrase "ebony and ivory" in the song refers to the keys of a piano, which harmonize beautifully together, and then asks why men of different races can't do the same thing.
