      • Carla: That single act cleared the room of the guys. It was like roaches scattering after the light comes on.
Tiffani: They can talk about fiddling around with their dillies but they can't talk about bras and boobs, like whatever, please.

    • NOTES (3)

      • Food was coming out of the kitchen so slowly that the customers started trying to grab food off the carts that were being taken to the Judges' Table. The Judges were the only ones eating, and they all say they were extremely uncomfortable with the looks the other diners were giving them. At one point, the Judges told them to stop bringing food to the Judges' Table completely just to appease the many hungry diners who were pretty much being ignored, and to serve them only after everyone else had eaten.

      • Tom had a few difficulties while doing his Quickfire Challenge that didn't make it on camera. While working, his bottle of olive oil got knocked off the table, so he had to run into the pantry for another one. He was in a desperate hurry to get it open, so he attempted to use his teeth to do so- presumably biting a cork, or some other such stopper. In doing so, he winds up running through the kitchen with the olive oil bottle dangling from his teeth!

      • Tom gives some details about the Quickfire in his blog at the Bravo website. He says he was asked by the Producers if he'd be interested in being a pace setter for the contestants' Quickfire two days before it was shot, and that his only preparation was a walk through of the TC Kitchen to see where everything was and what was available in the pantry- something the cheftestants should already know themselves, by this time. He says he was also told by the Producers that he HAD to get his dish done in under ten minutes.
