    Episode 14
    The day has come when the final four chefs must cook with the world's smelliest fruit, durian, which is a delicacy in Macau. Then, the chefs get a tutorial in the traditional cuisine of Macau, a fusion of Chinese and Portuguese flavors, and are joined by their family members from back home. For the elimination challenge, the chefs are tasked with blending their own heritage with Chinese flavors in order to impress their love ones and the judges, in order to earn their spot in the finale.moreless

    Episode 13
    The final five chefs travel to the Chinese territory of Macau for the remaining battles of the competition. Judge Graham Elliot, who has a restaurant in Macau, introduces the Chefs to the local market full of fascinating ingredients and challenges them to a Quickfire highlighting unique Macanese proteins. The chefs throw a party celebrating Chinese New Year.     Episode 12
    The chefs have been growing gardens at their Kentucky estate. Tom challenges them to make a dish focused on their garden harvest. For the last elimination challenge in Kentucky, the chefs head to Keeneland, a thoroughbred horse auction house, to bid on luxury ingredients for dishes to show gratitude to their culinary mentors.moreless

    Episode 11

    The chefs must cook fried chicken for Art Smith in the Quickfire. Next, they meet Muhammad Ali and cater a progressive menu influenced by Ali's fights for a charity event.

    Episode 10

    The chefs compete in a Quickfire with Season 9 contestant Ed Lee. Then it's off to Rupp Arena where they must dress up concession stand fare.

    Episode 9

    The chefs take a road trip to Nashville and cook on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry for country music artist Hunter Hayes. Then, they have to dig deep to create a dish inspired by a vibrant music memory. Next, the chefs work on a plate for a full table of Nashville food and some music personalities, including Caleb Followill, model Lily Aldridge, and Chef Jonathan Waxman.

    The chefs explore Kentucky's shoreline, which is more than Florida's. In the elimination, the chefs are teamed up to throw a stupendous party on a houseboat on Lake Cumberland. Emeril Lagasse joins the judges, and two visitors from Below Deck drop by to party.

    Episode 7

    Title: Carne!

    The contestants compete in a Quickfire where they must attempt their best versions of Kentucky's trademark dish: the Hot Brown. For the Elimination, the chefs must use the newly butchered parts of a whole cow, and locally-sourced ingredients to create an authentic Kentucky meal.

    Episode 6

    The chefs drop into Last Chance Kitchen, only to find out it's become the Quickfire. In the Elimination, the contestants cater a Roaring 20's party with entrées inspired by Prohibition Era cocktails.

  • Restaurant Wars Part 2

    In part two of Restaurant Wars, the remaining twelve chefs and their three restaurants continue to battle for primacy. Meanwhile, Tom's announcement of a double elimination increases the pressure to win.

    Restaurant Wars, which usually arrives at mid-point in the game, is moved up to the beginning. Unfortunately, that's not the only surprise awaiting the chefs as they battle in one of the hardest rounds of the competition.

    Episode 3

    The chefs celebrate a competitive Christmas beginning with a white elephant Quickfire. Then they must create a traditional Christmas Eve dinner, le Réveillon de Noël, for Chef Eric Ripert. Finally, there's a surprise ending courtesy of Padma which will keep everyone up well past Santa's estimated delivery time.

    Gail Simmons asks the chefs to cater the cravings brought on by her pregnancy in the Quickfire. For the Elimination, the contestants travel to the oldest distillery in America where they must celebrate Kentucky's classic cuisine in teams.

    Fifteen contestants race to the finish at Churchill Downs in Kentucky. The chefs must first compete in a two-minute mise-en-place Quickfire Challenge. In the Elimination Challenge, the chefs are asked to create a dish that will satisfy the varied palates of two hundred attendees at a Kentucky Derby event.
