The remaining three contestants vie for the title as they attempt to cook the best meal they've ever made within the most rigid rules in the history of the finales, and just to make things really interesting the producers have devised a couple of very creative curve balls.
The contestants move from the desert to Napa, California's wine country, for challenges that will winnow them down from four to three. This round focuses on the bounty of the region's farms, vineyards and livestock. First up is a scenic tour by train of the valley, but the chefs won't be able to enjoy it, and then they'll have to use nothing but local wares in two dishes that showcase their traditional and vegetarian skills.moreless
The day begins with a Quickfire that tasks the chefs to create a perfect breakfast in bed, then they must get what inspiration they can from Las Vegas' strip of hotels in order to cater a VIP cocktail party. Guest judge: Nigella Lawson.

The dreaded round returns, this time in an existing restaurant, and the chefs will have to watch their Ps and Qs, because the guest judge owns the restaurant. But first is a unique team High Risk QuickFire that uses blindfolds in a new way. Guest judge: Rick Moonen.
The contestants cater a dinner for the chefs in the Macy's Culinary Council, but first they must make it through the QuickFire where Lady Luck again holds all the cards... or rather reels. Guest judge: Tyler Florence.
The contestants must tap into their traditional cooking skills when they're asked to show their mastery of French cuisine, and as if that's not stress enough tonight's judges are some of the biggest names in the industry: Daniel Boulud, Hubert Keller, Joel Robuchon and Jean Joho.
The remaining contestants try to serve the 300 pilots and crew from the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron based at Nellis AFB with the same Pride, Precision and Professionalism on deck that the Thunderbirds show in the air. Guest judge: Mark Peel.
The men take on the women tonight as they prepare competing events for a bachelor and bachelorette, but first up is a QuickFire with a very appropriate reward for the town in which it's located. Guest judge: Todd English.
