Episode Summary

The contestants move from the desert to Napa, California's wine country, for challenges that will winnow them down from four to three. This round focuses on the bounty of the region's farms, vineyards and livestock. First up is a scenic tour by train of the valley, but the chefs won't be able to enjoy it, and then they'll have to use nothing but local wares in two dishes that showcase their traditional and vegetarian skills.moreless
