Fabio: If your food is big like your mouth, you win it for sure.
Hosea: (to Miguel as they go head-to-head) I want you to like me so it doesn't hurt as much when I win.
Fabio: I'm a professional chef, there's nothing that can stress me out. If they gonna give me a monkey ass to fill with fried banana, I'll come up with something anyway.
Carla: Jeff is a really good chef, but he can't quiet the creative monkeys- he just can't rein them in.
Carla gave the Super Bowl tickets to the two men in her life (husband and son), Matthew and Noah.
Tom said the only thing he didn't like about the Elimination Challenge is that the culinary students had too much influence over the outcome, and that he felt they tended to vote for personality over palate. But he also knew that there had to be a way to break any ties that occurred, and this was the easiest way to do it in keeping with the spirit of the Challenge.
