  • A commemorative t-shirt was revealed with the logo, "I'm Not Your Bitch, Bitch." Memorializing Dave's outburst at Tiffani in "Restaurant Wars". The shirt was available for purchase at Bravo's website.

  • When accused of sabotage, Tiffani very carefully never answers. Instead she gives an indirect answer, and then when confronted a second time she bursts into tears. However, once the subject is dropped she is again in complete control of her emotions.

  • Season 1 Episode 9: Napa's Finest

  • Lee Anne, Harold, and Tiffani, chose lamb for their protein selection. This turns out to be a huge tactical error, all but assuring Dave a trip to Las Vegas.

  • The winner of the Quickfire challenge was Harold.

  • Stephen was eliminated.

  • Season 1 Episode 7: Restaurant Wars

  • The winner of the QuickFire Challenge didn't receive immunity. Instead, the winning sandwich will be featured on the 'wichcraft menu when it opens in San Francisco.

  • Harold was the winner of the QuickFire Challenge. He could be considered to have a leg up on the other competitors, since he had eaten in Tom's New York 'wichcraft restaurant many times and was familiar with what was on, and more importantly, what was not on the menu already.
