    Jeremy Clarkson (Pic:Adam Blake)

He has a left hand drive car so this picture would have had to be taken by the driver of the car that saw him. What do you think?

I agree. That photo is a total sham. No-one but the driver could have taken it, therefore he is also using a mobile whilst 'behind the wheel'. I say 'behind the wheel' because I don't believe for a minute that either car is moving. To take a photo of that quality at 70mph - as claimed by the drive - without any motion blur on a mobile phone just not likely.

Also, look at the car to Jeremy's right; that is stationary, anyone who ever driven will know that that is a queue or very slow moving traffic. That said, anyone who uses a mobile whilst driving is a selfish ba**ard and deserves jail.

What is up with all these people trying to cash in on celebs. From the photo I just saw, there is no clear indication that it is even Jeremy and like MATTLFC said, the person who took the photo would have also been breaking the law. All this is, is typical muck raking by people with nothing better to do. Seeing as though Richard writes for the Mirror, I wonder if he has any kind words to say to the editor.

The very fact that they would have been holding a phone whilst driving makes them just as guilty, it is disgusting that someone would try and frame Clarkson, they should be ashamed of themselves

It looks like the Mercedes 600 he bought in the challenge in Ep 5 Series 11. I don't know if he is breaking the law since the car looks like it isn't moving.

Yea Iif they were moving either the car or the trees would be blurred. For both to be in foucus would mean the person taking the picture is moving at the same speed as the other car. And the trees are sprinting down the side of the M6

I'm surprised no one caught onto Jeremy's lack of the 10 and 2 position in Japan when he removed both his hands to put on his karate head band thing.
