One the great things about Top Gear is the relationship between the presenters. They clearly get along on-screen as well as off-screen. But which is your favourite? Well, as I've got twenty minutes to fill I thought I'd set up this poll to find out.

I like all of them to be honest: I like Jeremy although some of his views area a little... unpalatable. He can clearly accept having the p*ss ripped out of him, and I liked him on 'old Top Gear' as I'm 184 years-old and can remember that far back. I like Richard because he isn't up his own arse like so many on television. He also appears to be indestructible...

For me though, it has to be, James. Dry, laid back and likes a drop of beer with soil in it - like a proper man should. His exclamation of "oh cock" when he realised he (and Richard) had lost the race to Monte Carlo, had me on the floor.

    So, one vote for James.

I like Jeremy. The guy is hilarious. I love how he had to ring his wife to find out how to put the seats down in his people mover during the shoot and drive race.

He clearly is not vain either as he allows himself to look like a pratt. Less of a suck up than Jonathan Ross.

That said, I like them all. And agree that the reason the show works is because of the banter between the three of them.

Its so hard to choose they all have great qualities on the show. If i had to pick it would be Clarkson! He knows his stuff and makes it fun at the same time. Plus he is sarcastic and that cracks me up!

My favourite presenter would have to be James May, his candid
one liner’s are hilarious (though they rarely occur), like when Jeremy douses
him in water with his power boat in the amphibious car challenge and he yells
    "you utter pirate!".... Brilliant

Jeremy no doubt. Whenever there is a debate I'm on his side even when he is wrong because he's such a charismatic legend. James would be second because he's just James, I can't describe it but he seems something along the lines of being cluelessly likeable, especially during the challenges since he has the look of someone who isn't the sharpest tool in the box and he is also the straight man for the other 2. He's very understated. That said of course they're all brilliant so it hard to tell since Hammond has his great qualities as well.

    james may is a genious.

i love it whenever he tries to explain something to the other two and they pretend to understand him. watch the winter olympics when he's explaining rockets and gravity, or the old supercar challenge when he tries to explain to jeremy how a dyno track works to see what i mean.

my favourite james may line is when they're in the radio station and he's trying to start a discussion about whether the bonger in a car wash should go off in the middle or at the end of the cycle.

I knew I couldn't describe it, thanks. I think I was thinking about sometimes it appears that he's not on the same wavelength, I would have said 'doesn't belong' but that would be wrong, but I forgot that it could mean they're the ones who are clueless not him. He's just 'different'. But not enough for him to be out of place.

Oooooh, this is soooo hard....okay, here goes:

My favourite is Richard Hammond.  Although I think the programme works so well because of the chemistry between all three, I think that Richard's willingness to take risks (getting struck by lightning, being locked underwater in a car, being frozen and, most recently, nearly dying in a jetcar crash), makes the programme what it is.  Well done Richard and I hope you continue to get better and will soon be back on our screens again.  Long live Top Gear!

LOL James May is a legend!

I think it should go off during the middle so that you know you've got half left in case you've been spending too much time on one area of your car.

I like Jezza(Dr.Power) and the Hamster the best. Captain Slow trails behind a little but he's still cool

The thing about Jeramy that makes him my favourite presenter, is that even when you consider that this show and others he's been on are scripted, he still appears to be a genuinely interesting and opinionated guy. You just can't help liking him.

They are all great and all have their own traits that make them funny but i think Hamster just edges it because of his whitened teeth.
