  • It's the last episode of the series and it doesn't dissapoint.

    9.5
Well, this is the last episode in the series and what better way to go out than to see the guys arguing over what car they think is the best. And doesn't that always put a smile on your face.

We see Richard, Jeremy and James take 3 cars to Spain (were the Stig is holidaying) and put them to the test on a track. As you may well guess, what ensews is bickering, showing off and boasting. And I will tell you something, it is agonisingly funny.

Jame's also drives the brand new Jaguar XF and it is quite simply a stunning car. My wife had to get a drool bucket for me when I was watching it.

Richard on the other hand turns a G-Wiz into a fully functional radio-controlled car. Not only that but he then proceeds to give it some extra wasabi and race it against a Mustang. PLus we also get to see the Stigs skill and driving a radio-controlled car. Very entertaining.

Finally, we have the Top Gear awards which is always fun to watch and Mr Doctor Who, David Tennant is the star in a reasonably priced car. Overall this was a fitting end to a fantastic series and the wait begins for the next one to start.

    Overall 9.5/10moreless

  • QUOTES (3)

    • Richard Hammond: The BMW M3 is the world's best selling performance car...
Jeremy Clarkson: ... And is driven exclusively by cocks.

    • James May: [Talking about the 1972 Lotus F1 car driven by Emerson Fittipaldi] One of the interesting things about that car, is it had torsion beam suspension which was very forgiving in slow corners, which made the tyres last longer.
Richard Hammond: You've managed to find something boring about something incredibly exciting.

    • Jeremy Clarkson: [Richard is showing Jeremy a graph displaying the torque for the BMW, Audi and Mercedes] So the blue line is the Mercedes and that's on the top?
Richard Hammond: You've immediately assumed - being you, that being higher up the graph is better.
      Jeremy Clarkson: Is it?
Richard Hammond: Yes it is, yes.
