Jeremy drives an American car, the Cadillac CTS-V and will probably hate it. Richard tests 'Mondeo man's' new favourite car the new BMW 3 Series and there's an incident with a limo, a caravan and a wedding party.

      • Jeremy Clarkson: Some say he is illegal in 17 US states. And he blinks this way [holds his hands up and taps his thumb with his index finger. i.e. vertically as opposed to horizontally]. All we know is he's called the Stig.

      • Richard Hammond: [referring to James's mum's driving] James she's so much faster than you I've never seen you drive this aggressively.

James May: Well that's why I don't 'cause I was traumatised as a small boy in the back of a MKI Cortina.

      • Richard Hammond: [referring to the BMW 3 Series] Then there's the ride, this has been shameful on new BMW's of late. That's 'cause they seem to be obsessed with using these 'run flat' tyres, which means that the car drives along the tarmac with all the subtlety of a clown fight.

      • Jeremy Clarkson: This is Mrs. May who has a SEAT Arosa. She's been done for speeding twice, which is two times more than James.

      • Mrs. Clarkson: Can we go really fast?

Jeremy Clarkson: Go as fast as you like, it's, it's a pretty safe track, this.

Mrs. Clarkson: Yeah but there are things coming the other way.

Jeremy Clarkson: Well you've got a steering wheel.

      • Jeremy Clarkson: Now at this time of year a lot of people are getting married and there's a lot to think about: you've got the invitations; you've got the venue; you've got the Brazilian you know, for the honeymoon? Er, so it's easy to overlook the most important thing: is the bridal car powerful enough to jump the whole wedding party?
