  • Tosh redeems the guy who got hit by an ice cream truck while filming a music video.

Compared to the last two weeks, I didn't find myself laughing nearly as much. Actually, let me rephrase: the first half of the show was not nearly as funny as the second half. The first half, where we get a montage of random clips as usual, had videos that were not funny whatsoever. Maybe a little, but mostly because of Tosh's responses to them. Daniel Tosh certainly has an infectious personality, but the videos he shows aren't funny without him sometimes.

Unlike the last two weeks also, I hadn't seen this youtube video. I saw the first two that he redeemed, but this one was new to me. I must say, it's not as funny but it lead to my favorite web redemption so far. We see a legitimate interview without jumping all over the place and the music video at the end was pretty funny. I don't know if it was supposed to be serious or not, but the idea of making up a word that mixes "G" and "Chipper" was pretty good.

Also, that final video where that seven-year old rips Tosh a new one and Tosh's subsequent reaction was the clincher for me. For an episode that was lackluster at best, it finished on a very high note. As for next week's redemption, I'm curious at how they'll pull it off. The video is funny in an awkward way, and I can't wait to see what Tosh does with it.moreless
