Total Blackout is the Syfy game show where contestants are forces to face their fears as well as their competition. To make it even tougher, the challenges take place in complete darkness, with no lights of any kind. Watch these players duke it out in nerve-wracking games without a light to guide their way.

Fear put to the test

If you love laughing at people, this is the show for you. This is very similar to Fear Factor that went kaput on its second run. I do not see Total Blackout getting far either. Another show that really mocks human activities, but a little more family oriented is Wipe Out. Total Blackout is riding the fringes of taste. I think it is geared to the teens especially, but not the more mature audience. I also believe this will get old quick, but I thought Wipe Out would be off the air fast too. If the producers have great imagination, they may have a chance. The host Jaleel White (grown up Urkel) drew me in as with the girl screaming Asian guy.moreless

I think it's a great idea but, i think they should do it with family members,,,I have two sisters and myself who would love to do this....each person should start bat a corner and told they have to make it through the maze to the other side...with all the scarry tricks along the way as the players move along a bell can ring for how close they are to the end it would be very funnymoreless
