    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (7)

      • This episode refers back to One Million Bucks B.C. as Chris introduces the challenge in a loin cloth, and Harold also mentions that he thought they did a cavemen challenge before to which Chris replied that they were on a budget.

      • Running Gag: Scruffy lands on Harold's face.

      • Interestingly, by the end of the episode, four of the presents could no longer be accounted for. Owen threw Harold's out Nun-Chuck the window of the space ship. Scruffy was killed by Harold. Owen's trophy was broken by Harold's karate chop. Beth finished eating her candy ring, before returning it to Brady. Courtney's debate winning picture is the only present that is still left intact throughout the episode.

      • Beth wins immuntiy in this episode.

      • The final award went to Courtney in this episode.

      • The castmates gifts from home were:

        Owen: His "Best Citizenship" trophy.
        Harold: His numbchucks
        Duncan: His pet tarantula
Courtney: A photo of her on the debate team
        Beth: A candy ring.

      • With Harold's elimination, Duncan is the only remaining member of the Screaming Gaffers.

    • QUOTES (7)

      • Chef: (sees Owen's butt sticking out of the window of the rocket) That was smart sealing the breech with those two pillows.
Chris: Uhhh, Chef? Those aren't pillows.
Owen: (giggles) The breeze tickles. Stop it, I like it.
(Chef is then seen in the confessional with a terrified look on his face)

      • (in the confessional)
Duncan: (about Scruffy's death) Yeah, I'm pretty broken up. But, in a way I'm relieved too. It's not always easy knowing the cute little creature lying next to you at night could suddenly kill you in your sleep. Well, I guess I don't need to sleep with a baseball bat under my pillow anymore.

      • Duncan: Where's my Scruffy? (sees Scruffy squashed on Harold's back) No! Scruffy! (falls to his knees and cries)
Courtney: There, there. Scruffy's in a better place now. (in the confessional) Yeah, anywhere but here. Now, maybe Duncan will focus on someone with slighty less hairy legs...me.

      • Harold: Aren't tarantulas like, the fourth most deadly spider in the world?
Duncan: They're only dangerous when they're startled by loud noises.
        Beth: (loud) No way!
        (Scruffy jumps on Harold's face)
Harold: Ahhh! Get it off, get it off, get it off!
Duncan: Scruffy, no! Bad killer spider.

      • (in the confessional)
Courtney: As if I'm gonna play second fiddle to a tarantula. I hate that gross hairy creature. And his pet spider, too.

      • (while casting their votes)
Duncan: This will teach you to mess with my Scruffy.
        Harold: Bye bye, traitor.
Owen: Harold's onto me, I know it.
Beth: The girl alliance is over.
Courtney: (to the camera) Back off! There is a reason why this is called secret voting, people.

      • (as Harold is about to leave)
Duncan: Get on with it, Doris. (Harold runs up to him and pulls his pants down) I kinda had that coming.
