When James first takes the serum, he strips naked, but when Jerry makes him visible again, he is wearing a shirt.

In the beginning of the episode you can clearly see that James has brown eyes, however, when he goes with Sam to steal the invisibility formula he turns to face the lab and his eyes are clearly green.
