  • The first episode I ever watched for this show.

    9.5
This episode is very humorous and I really mean humorous. The episode starts off at the mall when Clover was going to buy a medium sized hat but unfortunately, Mandy bought it and it's the last one, so Clover randomly calls the store thought out the episode to see if they get more medium size and Sam and Alex suggest to Clover to get a large and Clover declines. Later, Jerry summons the girls as usual to investigate a new cookie that people are going crazy over. They pose themselves as Girl Scouts and then Clover tried one of the cookies called Passion Patties and if you eat one, you are hooked and later Clover gets fatter and fatter after eating so many cookies and even Jerry was hooked too. The villain is very silly and so are her henchmen in this episode. They are not good nor bad, but very humorous. Later after the mission was over, Clover decides to get a large hat and she was proud of it. This episode was mostly the funniest in the series and I personal like this episode a lot to love it.moreless
  • Very cool! Love it

    9.5
I love this episode! It is very cool, and very funny!! The villain, Dr. Inga Bittersweet is weird, and silly. I love how that when the people get addicted to cookies, like Clover and Jerry, they become incredibly huge!!! The scenes where the spies have to beat up the fat cronies, very funny. I enjoyed this episode a lot, it is one of best Season 2 episodes! You should watch it if you haven't, I highly recommned it! Very spectacular episode, I give it a 9.5 overall for this:

    Villain: 9/10

    Plot: 9.5/10

    Action/Scenes: 9/10

    Humor: 9.5/10

Awesome! Make sure to check it out!!moreless
  • The first and only time I ever watched this show

    10
It had a terrible beginning with controversy over a hat size, but the episode picks up later. Seeing Clover balloon to around three hundred pounds is always fun to watch. Some aspects of the episode left large plot holes. Whe weren't Alex and Sam hooked on the cookies when the feeder forced fed them? Why didn't someone stay behind to see the feeder fatten them all up. I sure would've. Bittersweet wasn't really breaking any laws by making irresistable cookies. Other than the attempted murder of the spies, she never committed any crimes. I wish more cartoons would do this kind of episode, but have it run more realistically.moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (2)

    • In the scene where Sam and Alex jump off the Cookie Express train ride and Clover is stuck, how did Sam and Alex jump back on the train ride with it still going and the only way out being where Clover is stuck?

    • When the girls are put into the WHOOP Turbo-Change-O pods, the clothes that fly out are wrong given which girl is in which pod.

  • QUOTES (7)

    • Alex: If you keep eating those cookies, you won't be a medium much longer anyway.
Clover: Oh, ha-ha. This is only my second box.
Sam: Yeah, since we boarded the plane.

    • Alex: Um, maybe you should stop eating those cookies, Clover. I mean, you know, until we know what's in them.
Clover: I already know what's in them. A little bit of heaven in every bite!

    • Alex: (While Clover's stuck in the WOOHP tunnel after learning that she's a Large hat size) Maybe her giant head is stuck.
      Clover: I heard that!!

    • Jerry: (referring to Bittersweet making a weapon of mass destruction in the cookies) If only she used her baking skills to cook up good instead of evil.
      Clover: You said it, Jer.
Sam: So, did you figure out what Bittersweet put in the cookies?
Jerry: Some kind of highly-concentrated sugar extract. Anyone who tried Passion Patties was hooked right away!
Alex: So is WOOHP working on an antidote?
Jerry: As we speak. Hopefully, it will stop the cravings and get rid of all this fat.
      Clover: Hopefully.

    • (Dr. Bittersweet has captured the girls and put them into an evil-looking machine.)
Dr. Bittersweet: Ladies, this is the feeder, a little creation of mine that will force-feed you until you explode! Prepare yourself for Death by Cookie!
{The machine feeds Clover a cookie.)
      Clover: Yummy!
Dr. Bittersweet: No, it's not yummy, it's Death by Cookie!

    • (Clover has ordered a medium-sized hat from the store, as they were out of stock.)
Sam: Aw, cheer up, Clover. They'll have your medium in a few days.
Clover: Yeah, but that's, like, a year in hat time.

    • Alex: I though I was toast! Or maybe jelly... or cinnamon sugar...

  • NOTES (1)

  • ALLUSIONS (3)

    • Alex: "Back off before I get all Tae-Bo on you!"
Tae-Bo was a trendy American fitness fad in the late 1990's that involved punching and kicking at the air, like a martial-art. It probably wasn't very useful in fending off thugs, though.

    • n/a: n/a
Given the girth of the combatants and some of the techniques used, the fight strongly resembles sumo wrestling, the famous Japanese sport involving very large men.

    • n/a: n/a
Dr. Bittersweet's name is a reference to a kind of chocolate used in baking and her henchwoman, Toll, is a reference to a famous American cookie company, Toll House.
