Episode Summary

EDIT
A hot new yoga instructor is gaining popularity, along with hordes of intensely committed followers. As this almost cult-like group tries to recruit more followers through the use of force, the spies are put on the case. They soon find out that the mysterious figure behind the craze is none other than Shirley, the POWER YOGA TAE-KWON-DO instructor from ep #034 "Boy Bands." Can the spies stop Shirley and her super charged army of power yoga loyalists before they take over the world? In a b-story, Sam is failing gym class because she can't climb to the top of the rope and it's in jeopardy of throwing off her entire GPA.moreless

This episode is not as good as other ones. This is not original in ways like sam is once again the one controlled. it was a good idea to bring back shirley as a smart villan. They should have made Alex and Clover smarter, though, because they could've dragged sam off the belt instead of the controls. if they did, they could've snuck out without sam yelling and warned jerry sooner. The episode would've been better if the y did that. Making alex the slave would also have made this better. It is number 19 in favorite episodes of Totally Spies.moreless

    I LOVED this episode!

First of, the story was a unique spin on the brainwashed cult story, turning bev hill teens into crazy martial artists. And bringing a background character like Shirley back as a villain was a refreshing change.

The episode was very funny with a lot of physical comedy.

The fights were fantasatic; some of the best I've seen on cartoons! This is the sort of episodes that boys would watch, and season 3 was very boy-friendly.

    A fantastic episode!
