Under Siege
AIRED:
The men of Bravo are certain that Westmoreland has not yet informed the enemy that they are losing, as Firebase Ladybrid continues to come under daily long-range artillery fire. Suddenly a helicopter approaches and lands despite the fact that the base is taking fire. It is the new company commander -- Captain Larry Heath -- a man who initially wins over the favor of his troops with gifts, but he proves to be a complete fanatic. Heath wants to attack despite the fact that it appears that the base is about to be attacked. Zeke and Goldman set them men to putting up a defense and get in trouble because of it. A large attack proves that Anderson was right when the firebase is over-run and Doc Matsuda, with only 15 days left of his tour of duty, is killed when he refuses to abandon his patient.moreless

I loved this episode, it was so tensed...!! This is one episode that can make one wonder what the war was really like, what it was like being trapped in your own base with not much amo and water. And what the soldiers really go through in a war...

This episode was also very sad, I really liked \"Doc\" Randy Matsuda played by Steve Akahoshi and in this episode he was killed... He was such a good guy... In this episode one can see how obsessed he got with saving lives and check on the wounded (dead) soldiers that in the end it costs his own live...

We also see how much Myron is trusting Zeke, and coming up for him when the Captain accused him of being a bad soldier... and that he is proud to say that he has learned a lot from him....

In the begining I hate the new Captain, he is soo.. \"I know it all\" and \"nothing can happen to us\" bla bla bla.... but in the end it was like he finally realize what the war is like...moreless
