  • Trivia

    • The animation model for Professor Suzuki's car is based on the Short Wheel Base GQ Nissan Patrol. It is sold in Japan and several other countries, but not in North America.

Later in the episode, she is driving a military-grade Hummer, which is subsequently destroyed by the Decepticons.

  • Quotes

    • Jetfire: I picked up a weather forecast saying it was gonna snow, but this is slaggin ridiculous. Oh well, looks like I just have to do this the hard way.

    • Jolt: (to Reverb) No, I don't think Professor Suzuki is an alien cyborg. You and Bud watch too many movies.

    • (The kids need warm clothes for the North Pole, but neither Coby nor Bud has any money)
Lori: If you promise to pay me back, I guess we can use my emergency credit card
      Bud/Coby: (Together) Aw, sweet!
Lori: (Yelling) But pay me back!
      Bud/Coby: (Together) We promise.

    • Vector Prime: Ransack and Crumplezone! What are you doing on Beast Planet?
Ransack: We're the welcoming commitee...and the demolition crew!

    • Bud: Hey Coby, we're going to the North Pole; How cool is that?
Coby: Really cool! We might even find a Cyber Planet key!
      Bud: Or maybe Santa Claus!

    • Starscream: I'm going to show true leadership!
      Mudflap: What?
Starscream: I'm going to make a tactical retreat!

    • Scattorshot: You know there's more to me than meets the eye!

    • Mudflap: Why'd you shoot the truck?
Starscream: Inside are the kids the Autobots have taken on like mascots.

    • Lori: (giggles) I can't believe there's a store that doesn't take credit!

  • Notes

  • Allusions

    • About to battle Optimus Prime in his Savage Claw mode, Crumplezone repeats "I think I can, I think I can." This comes from the classic children's book The Little Engine That Could, by Watty Piper, in which The Little Engine managed to convince himself that he could accomplish a daunting task. The Little Engine succeeded however, while Crumplezone got his clock cleaned.

    • Starscream calls the humans "Fleshlings", a term used by the Decepticons in the original Marvel comics.

    • In a confrontation with Starscream and Mudflap, Scattorshot says, "There's more to me than meets the eye." This is in reference to the traditional Transformers catchphrase going all the way back to their initial 1984 release, which was "More than Meets the Eye, They're Robots in Disguise."
