  • Michael Bell

    Bombshell / Brainstorm / First Aid / Prowl / Sideswipe / Scrapper / Swoop

    9.6
Michael Patrick Bell is an actor and voice over artist, born April 10, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York. Most commonly credited in videogames, animated movies and television series. He is perhaps most famous for playing the voice of Drew Pickles (Angelica's dad), Chazz Finster (Chuckie's dad), and Boris (Didi's father), from the Rugrats and All Grown Up! television shows. He was also a mainstay of 1980s animation, voicing Duke on G.I. Joe, and several characters for Transformers. In fact, Bell caused a minor uproar at BotCon, the official Transformers convention, when he told a panel of convention-goers that voice-over work is "like having a twelve-inch penis, it's no good unless you can keep it hard."[1] He also voiced Lance and Sven on Voltron, and returned to voice Lance in Voltron: The Third Dimension. He also did the voice of the Young Man on the Story of Halloween Horror album on A&M Records in 1977. He also provided the voice of the main character Raziel in three of the Legacy of Kain video games. Michael Bell also shortly played the voice of Ezekiel Rage from The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest, and played the rock-star butler Lawrence to Dr. Nefarious in Ratchet and Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal. In addition to these roles, he voiced the characters Medivh and the Druid of the Talon in the game Warcraft 3 and the Druid class and Nihlathak in the game Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, as well as The Fear in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Bell is recognizable as the voice over-dubbing all of Peter Criss' dialogue in the band KISS' TV movie KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park. Bell is also well known for his Star Trek roles. He guest starred in the Star Trek: The Next Generation pilot episode Encounter at Farpoint as Bandi administrator Groppler Zorn and in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes "The Homecoming" (as a Bajoran) and "The Maquis". His recent role is as Captain Drake in W.I.T.C.H. He is also an avid animal rights activist.moreless

  • Clive Revill

    Kickback

    7.5
Clive Revill was a very busy fellow from the second half of the 1950s through to the early 80s, both in Great Britain and America. Actually a New Zealander, he showed phenomenal ability to play a variety of nationalities - his dual role as an Arab sheikh and a Scots accountant in "Modesty Blaise" (1966) being the most obvious example. He achieved first fame on stage in "Irma La Douce" (both in the West End and on Broadway), playing a Frenchman, and in movies played an Italian hotelier in "Avanti!", a British spy in Austria in "The Double Man", an American brain surgeon in "A Fine Madness", a Chinese spy in "One Of Our Dinosaurs Is Missing" and a whole bunch of Russians - in "Fathom", "The Shoes Of The Fisherman" and "The Private Life Of Sherlock Holmes". After 1980, his film roles seemed to grow fewer and briefer, and in recent years his British fans have seen him only in a few commercials.moreless
  • John Stephenson

Alpha Trion / Huffer / Kup / Thundercracker / Windcharger

    7.8
John Stephenson (born August 9, 1923 in Kenosha, Wisconsin) is an American voice actor. He has also been credited as "John Stevenson." For several decades, Stephenson worked for Hanna-Barbera Productions, providing supporting voices for many 1960s and 1970s animated television series, including Top Cat, Scooby-Doo, The Jetsons, and Jonny Quest, among many others. Stephenson's most notable role for Hanna-Barbera was as the voice of Mr. Slate, Fred Flintstone's hard-edged boss at Slate Rock and Gravel Company, from the original The Flintstones series up through the present. Stephenson often used a variation of his natural speaking voice when voicing villains and scientists. His ability to mimic Boris Karloff was used quite often on the Scooby-Doo series and other cartoons where a Karloff-like villain was needed. Stephenson also mimics Joe Flynn's "McHale's Navy" character, Captain Binghamton, and uses that high-nasal, short-tempered delivery for countless smart-alleck characters and those with short-tempers, such as Mr. Peevly from The Hair Bear Bunch and Mr Finkerton from Inch High Private Eye. Stephenson could also mimic Paul Lynde and did so in the 1970's for the character of Mildew Wolf when Lynde had declined to reprise the role. Stephenson voiced practically all the villains on the Dynomutt: Dog Wonder series. Stephenson took over the role of Doggy Daddy during this time period, cira late 1970's. During the 1980s, he contributed to notable cartoons of the period such as The Smurfs, Galaxy High, G.I. Joe, and Transformers. He even appeared in a cameo role when he played the minister to Fred & Wilma's marriage in the Flintstones Viva Rock Vegas movie.

Stephenson is perhaps best "known" however, as the narrator in the c television series Dragnet (1967-1970), in which he uttered the words "Ladies and gentlemen: the story you are about to see is true. Only the names have been changed to protect the innocent." John reprised his role of Luke from Wacky Races in the Wacky Races video game.

  • Roger C. Carmel

    Bruticus / Cyclonus / Motormaster / Unicron

    9.2
Eccentric American character actor, very busy on TV, and occasionally in films throughout the 1960s, when his balding head and heavy handlebar moustache were familiar sights. Often a villain in shows like "The Man From UNCLE" and "Macmillan And Wife", and in films like "The Silencers", he had a more sympathetic regular part in the sitcom "The Mothers-In-Law", but left it in controversial circumstances in a row over pay. This is said to have damaged his career in the last ten years of his life. In the 1980s, he did a lot of voiceovers for animated series.moreless
