Goof: When the Decepticons flee at the end, Soundwave unnecessarily transforms to cassette player mode and flies away when he could have easily flown away in robot form.
Goof: When Bumblebee and Spike return to see Autobot headquarters in shambles after the Stunticons escape, the latter speaks with the former's voice when he says "Great Cybertron!"
When Motormaster orders Breakdown and Wildrider to 'grab component number two', he points to Breakdown when saying Wildrider's name and vice versa.
During the Stunticon escape, Ratchet is drawn to be half the size of Ironhide.
The scientist at the Republic Optics Company sees cars without drivers and naturally assumes they're the Autobots, despite the gigantic Decepticon symbols on their hoods.
Goof: When Menasor escapes from the Ark, he has an Autobot symbol on his chest.
At one point during the episode, Measor's face is all black.
As the Stunticons escape from the Autobot's jail, Ironhide looks alot bigger than the other Autobots.
Motormaster, Dead End and Drag Strip didn't use their forcefields either when they were attacked by Optimus, Tracks and Warpath.
According to 'The Key to Vector Sigma' Part 1, the Stunticons were equipped with force fields. Why didn't Breakdown use his when Inferno and Grapple attacked him, or Wildrider when he was attacked by Hoist?
Menasor uses Motormaster's sword for the first time.
(The Decepticons are firing their new laser at the unrevealed Autobots)
Starscream: Megatron! Something wrong!
Soundwave: Machine appears unstable. Suggest abandoning it.
Megatron: Suggestion noted....and ignored!
(The Autobots are towing the defeated Stunticons to the Ark)
Ratchet: I won't bother asking who won.
Breakdown(taking note of the Autobots looking at them): They're gawking at us! How mortifrying!
Dead End: The word, Breakdown, is mortiFYing, and I agree with you.
Motormaster: I'm in no mood to hear your corrections, Dead End.
Ironhide: For you, Motormouth, this IS a dead end.
Menasor flying in as Megatron explains to the disguised Autobts about the laser weapon.
Menasor: Megatron! Megatron tricked.
Dead End: A flying car. How droll.
Jazz is missing his blue tone color from the hood (20:10).
Soundwave is missing his Decepticon logo (12:51).
Bumblebee is missing his Autobot logo from the hood (7:52).
Optimus' trailer is missing his Autobot logo (7:20).
Inferno, Hoist and Grapple are missing their Autobot logos (4:39).
Ratchet is missing one or both red cross from his shoulders (1:53), (9:04), and (10:45)
How does a tape deck fly on its own, even he is a Decepticon, Soundwave should not have been able to fly in his tape deck mode.
Elements of this episode would make it into the Beast Wars episode "Go with the Flow". As with this episode, "Flow" featured a "supercannon" which required a crystal to be operated properly. The cannon is destroyed via a kind of sabotage.
Final appearences of: Sideswipe, Inferno, Grapple, Hoist, Tracks, Trailbreaker and Mirage (in terms of production order). Mirage is believed to have perished at the hands of Megatron in the Decepticon attack on Autobot city in the 1986 Movie.
When Optimus Prime and Motormaster go one againts the other in their vehicule mode, it´s called play "chicken", an old trick where who gets out of the oponent way is the chicken (used too in Mad Max). The consequences of this stile of game when nobody gets out the way is a very bad crash.
