  • Why would you cancel an awesome show like this?!?

I dont understand why this show isnot getting the viewers and ratings it deserve. and now this show is getting canceled? what the hell. people has no taste these days. they rather watch generic shows. this episode is superb. Plot line: What if the one who saves your life were the one who will need to be saved? - simple but deep and exciting plot when you watch the full episode. Watch before you rate. Seeing the pilot doesn't mean you seen the best and the worst of the show! This episode is what Trauma really offers, not just accidents and explosion but more into the characters. The show is a keeper, but NBC and people doesnt know it yet.! (sad :[ )moreless
  • Glenn and Nancy are t-boned by a city bus and the bus, a taxi, and the paramedic unit are all toast. Cameron and Tyler are first on scene. Cameron must make hard choices. Rabbit obsesses about Nancy and Dr. Saviano's feelings are revealed.moreless

Pretty solid episode. Maybe the best so far. Now that we are a little more invested in the characters we get a sense of belonging. I think in early episodes it was all about the accidents, injuries, and rescues. Now the stories are becoming more relevant to the characters and their feelings about what they are doing. This is something the show really couldn't do at first.

All of the major characters are becoming empathetic individuals to the viewing audience. We are starting to care. We know Nancy and Rabbit are both conflicted, but we understand that better so we except their short comings and revel in their positive attributes of loyalty and bravery. This is true of all the characters, Cameron who we've seen into his family life. Tyler who revealed a big fact to Cameron last week. We can feel more empathy for Glenn now and understand how he felt it was his fault even though it wasn't. Dr. Beale is becoming a strong character with flaws, but some really solid positive characteristics.

Is it wrong for Dr. Saviano to care for Nancy? Is it wrong for Rabbit to feel that way as well? Who's to say and who's to judge. I think people who are in crisis sometime have a hard time revealing there soft spots. Maybe that's what this show is about.

Overall I though this was a pretty good hour. There was a lot of emotion expended and not just because of the accident. Sorry for emoting on the review. Just sorry about another decent show biting the dust. Thanks for reading...moreless
  • guys guys whats wrong with you???!!

come'on?!! this show is getting canceled because of the ratings, Trauma is getting more interesting just give it a try, i dont get it, you vote for Dollhouse or gossip girls or californication, Mercy, CSI has gone too far (NY, Miami, what left is Washington!!) the Law & order, it can't get more dull, (and a lot of stupid boring dramas) and you cancel the best (like TSCC, Veronica Mars, touching evil). this show worth watching, after this episode we starts to get some serious action\drama who doesn't like to have another 3rd watch, or other ER.

the episode featured Glen and Nancy getting hit by a bus, both of them ended up in the hospital, the ending scene was emotional and well acted, i wanted to know more about her relationship with her father which i suppose isn't that good, and maybe that's why she ended up as a medic not a doctor.

the elevator scene, i don't think that she slept with the Doc, he doesn't look like he loves her, it's more than he consider her his daughter, and maybe he acts like that because her father wasn't arround.

hopefully we'll see more, this show doesn't deserve to be canceled. it has a lot of things coming that will determine its aspects, just give it a try.moreless
  • Good action and own in trouble

    8.9
I liked that episode. I really thought it had most the things I am expecting of this show. They had a really good case, an emotional one - it was about their own. Nancy and Glenn getting into accident and the emotions it unleashes. You expect Rabbit to get out of himself as he seems to be very emotional guy and that was probably the charm of this episode. The emotions he had and Marissa trying to calm her down. The scene in the beach was great.

Also they way the other paramedics dealt or how Glenn ended up back in the ER. I mean.. the sentence: "I thought you were 911" was brilliant.

But I think the most brilliant part of this episode was the scene of the accident. Being first on the scene, trying to help your own guys but you have to do the right thing. That was amazing development, amazing dilemma and the way it was portrayed. I really liked it.

And beautiful ending.. Plus some more interesting storylines developing (I mean around Nancy.. that scene in elevator really left many questions).moreless
