    The Best and Worst New Shows of Fall 2009

    The Fall 2009 Premiere Season has (almost) come and gone, and this year's crop of new shows definitely made a strong impression. Now, after spending countless hours staring at the small screen, it's time to pass judgment. Which new shows were great? Which were awful? And which may need a little more time to fully ripen? We asked TV.com's writers and editors to weigh in on the new shows they feel most strongly about; here's their take...

    NBC picks up Parks, waiting on Chuck

    The answer that every Chuck fan was waiting for was supposed to come today. It didn't. NBC only announced a partial list of its 2009-2010 pickups at today's upfronts, leaving those rooting for a renewal of the spy comedy in the dark. The future for several other shows, on the other hand, has been sealed.
