  • As Vash faces the grief over the death of Wolfwood he's forced into a final showdown with Legato and the Gung Ho Guns.

Can one make choices that decide ones own life and death and not worry about the costs and consequences to another? Can you save the butterfly caught in the web without letting the spider die? In an episode where penultimate philosophies clash, Vash is forced to to finally make a choice between the two as Knives plan to leave Vash in eternal anguish is set into motion. Despite grieving for the loss of Wolfwood, Vash finds himself in another city that Knives has his eyes set upon. Midvalley the Hornfreak and Legato Bluesummers finally take arms directly against Vash in what is possibly the best episode of Trigun. Just like all roads lead to Rome, all philosophies lead to this point.
  • I wish Vash would just stop messing around saving everyone and just pop off the enemy when he has the chance

“Sin” see’s Vash face of with the final members of the Gung Ho Guns. Everyone tries to overcome the death of Wolfwood, and go to a town to chill out. The other members of the Gung Ho Guns show up, and Vash must protect the people. He tries to deal with the Guns without killing them, putting himself in danger as he tries to protect civilians. This episode has a nice showdown at the end where Vash is forced to kill his enemy to save Millie and Meryl. This makes him very upset causing him “Eternal pain and suffering”.
Overall this is a great episode . 9 out of 10.
