Trisha Says:
"This new show reflects how you guys are feeling, so that's why I'm launching my 'Well Women's Club' one day this week. Covering everything from mind, body, spirit and soul, this is a Club where we can share thoughts and experiences. It's helping women to help women. This week, I heard some amazing stories from women who are suffering with hormone problems. Like Liz - she has PMS so badly she is reliant on anti-depressants. It's not a situation she or husband James wants to continue and I was really pleased to introduce them to the nutritionist Maryon Stewart. Maryon swears that if Liz follows her diet advice, all her symptoms will disappear. We'll definitely be following that and seeing if we can't help Liz rebuild her life. That's what the Well Women's Club is all about and I want you to be a part of it. Whatever your experience, join in and see if you can help someone live well!"
