I just saw the 2nd trailer for season 5... and we can see Jesus' demon... which leads me to believe that Laff has retained the demon spirit that Marney stole from Jesus (while using Lafayette's body)

I can't wait to see what's going to happen! I want to know what will become of Tara...yes, she's dead, but will she be a ghost, vampire....? And Russell Edgington, who got him out of the cement?

Great Premiere. Eric seems to be back to himself now and wasted no time at all with Nora. Eric and Pam had some great lines tonight. I know it wasn't much of a surprise for Tara becoming a vampire but I think I'm going to enjoy her as one.

But, is she a vampire? Her body was still in the ground. I'm hoping she is one. Becoming the very thing she hated the most, would be the best.

^ I believe so since it shows her with fangs and the actress also talks about her character becoming a vampire

Solid season solid opener... Not as good as last season's first ep, but still pretty good!

I am interested to see where the Tara as a vampire storyline goes...really hope shebecomes a 'good' vampire!

No, Pam! What the hell have you done?

And no Russell, just as I suspected.

Tara annoyes me so I was happy with the prospect of her leaving for good TB. But I am glad that Pam became her maker, hopefully we will see a lot of Pam this season , she is the best.

And of course Russel , the best villain of all seasons ^_^

    Russel, kick some authority @ss!!!!

Good start. Still not sure about so many storylines, for example I don't care AT ALL about the werewolf s/l, I'm neither a fan of Alcide's, nor Sam's. So I don't really care about their running around with the pack. It was the worst part of the episode.

Tara is still there - how awful it is. Just kill her off forever.

Pam was the best, but I miss her interactions with Eric.

I rechecked the ending of the episode & Tara did get out of the ground. She's going to be so pi$$ed for being turned to a vampire. I can't wait for the next episiode.

I enjoyed the opener of True Blood, but I have to admit, I'm not a fan of Tara at all. I was hoping they'd maybe use her as a ghost or a hallucination instead of having her as a vampire. Oh well, at least we can hope that somebody will stake her at this point in the game. And really Sookie? Staying that close to her grave/birth site? She's a hungry newborn vamp, yeah, the True Blood will definitely satiate her thirst!

Steve Newlin, when we found out, it wasn't that surprising to me, and to lust after Jason, that is just so cute! I'm curious what he's got planned for Jason this season, and where his storyline is going from here, same with Jessica's romp on the wild side of things. I'm hoping Jason & Hoyt can be buds again, I miss their conversations, they're so well-thought out and philosophical. lol Tongue out

Who freed Russell? I'm so curious!

Terry and his PTSD, I can't wait to see more, he's such a great character, and actor as well.

Eric & Bill: Delicious in the car trunk together, and trying to work as a team, can't wait for more zingers from Eric, and especially Pam, loved her in this episode, she delivers her one-liners so well!
